Taylor maintains a broad civil/commercial practice with a focus on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. She often represents:
- Oil and gas clients in contract disputes, royalty disputes, and facilities disputes.
- Financial institutions and investment advisors involved in litigation claims.
- Health care sector owners, operators, and their employees in negligence claims.
- Corporations in complex contractual disputes.
Taylor has experience appearing before all levels of courts in Alberta and has also appeared in the Federal Court. She also has experience in arbitration matters under ICC and ad hoc arbitrations.
Taylor clerked with the Court of Appeal of Alberta for the Honourable Justice Schutz before joining BLG in 2020.
