Christian maintains a general litigation practice, focusing on commercial and contract disputes. He has also cultivated experience in public law litigation, including judicial review proceedings and trade law.
Christian has appeared before the Federal Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. Additionally, he has contributed to written submissions before the Federal Court of Appeal and a federal Commission of Inquiry.
Christian articled with the Legal Excellence Program at the federal Department of Justice. He subsequently worked as counsel in the Department of Justice at the Civil Litigation Section before joining BLG as an associate.
