Katherine's practice covers a broad range of corporate commercial matters, with an emphasis on advising charities and not-for-profit corporations. 

Her extensive experience with a variety of charities and not-for-profit corporations, with an expertise in dealing with colleges and social clubs, includes reviewing and revising governance structure and governing documents; structuring and implementing reorganizations, mergers, asset transfers and amalgamations; advising directors, officers and corporations on fiduciary and corporate governance matters; and negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.

Katherine summered and articled with BLG before joining the firm in 2012. She serves on the executive of the Charity and Not-for-Profit Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association and has done so for many years. She is also a director of the BLG Foundation.
