Tiffany maintains a general litigation practice with an emphasis on insolvency and restructuring. She acts for a range of clients including trustees, receivers, creditors and debtors in informal and formal restructuring and liquidation. Tiffany also has experience litigating contract disputes, business-related torts, and company, partnership and director/shareholder disputes.
While attending law school, Tiffany worked as a caseworker with Student Legal Assistance at the University of Calgary and as a summer law student, with a focus on energy and liquids law, for a diversified international energy company.
Tiffany summered and articled with BLG prior to joining the firm as an associate.
