Rob leads and directs all operational functions and administers the implementation of the firm's strategy across all areas, ensuring that all decisions follow our vision of shaping the future of the legal industry. He is a member of the National Management Committee and works closely with the firm's CEO and the Partnership Board.
Rob is a senior international executive with experience in global operations, strategic planning and integration, cost and expense management, as well as finance and general management. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with senior leaders in law firms and financial institutions to significantly increase profitability and productivity by building, leading and motivating highly effective teams of professionals.
Prior to joining BLG, Rob held similar roles at leading global law firms Baker & McKenzie for three years and Clifford Chance for 11 years. He also has nine years of experience as a management consultant within the financial and legal sectors.
