Andre maintains a broad litigation and dispute resolution practice, encompassing commercial litigation, environmental and regulatory matters, expropriation and municipal and land use planning disputes.
He represents public and private-sector clients in complex litigation and administrative proceedings. His experience includes assisting with matters before courts and administrative tribunals in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta, as well as the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Andre’s legal writing on administrative, constitutional and environmental law has been published in Canadian law journals.
Prior to joining BLG as an associate, Andre articled with the firm in Calgary and served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Federal Court
