Sheena provides paralegal services to clients with respect to commercial lending transactions. She has experience in commercial real estate, conducting due diligence searches, preparing loan and supporting documentation for financings secured by both land and assets, and attending to registrations at the Alberta Land Titles Office and Personal Property Registry.
She assists our corporate department with preparing corporate documents and attending to registrations at the Alberta Corporate Registry to maintain Alberta and Extra-Provincial Corporations.
Sheena also assists in other departments by sharing her knowledge of residential real estate and foreclosures, and business and asset purchase and sale transactions.
