Mishail Khan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets group, focusing on investment management. She advises clients on the regulatory and legal issues relating to the creation, management, and distribution of investment funds.
Mishail is dual-licensed to practice in Ontario and India.
Before joining BLG, Mishail worked as an associate for three years at a leading law firm in Mumbai, India. She advised on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and competition law matters, including pre-merger notifications and investigations into cartel and abuse of dominance cases.
