Borden Ladner Gervais LLP advised AXISCADES Technologies Limited, a leading aerospace and defence engineering company listed on India’s National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange, in connection with the divestiture of its aerospace engineering services business to Akkodis, a leading global digital engineering consulting company, with a transaction value of US$207 million and spanning six geographies across India, Europe, and North America.
