Ingrid’s disputes practice is focused primarily on information and privacy law and commercial litigation. Ingrid assists clients in data breach, access to information, and contractual disputes. She has experience in litigation, including cybersecurity class action defense, arbitration, and mediation.
Ingrid represents domestic and international clients, both public and private, across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, health care, retail, hospitality, waste management, construction and real estate development, and transportation.
Ingrid has appeared as counsel in the provincial and superior courts of British Columbia.
