Agatha practises employment, labour, and human rights law. Her practice involves advocacy before courts, tribunals, labour boards, and arbitrators, where she represents employers in matters involving wrongful and constructive dismissal, human rights claims, workplace harassment, accommodation, employment contracts, and disciplinary issues.
Agatha advises clients across the public and private sectors on the management and resolution of workplace disputes, terminations, investigations, and sensitive employment matters. She also provides strategic counsel to corporations, educational institutions, public-sector organizations, and not-for-profit entities on workplace, governance, and regulatory issues, helping clients navigate legal risk and achieve practical business objectives.
Agatha has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and various administrative tribunals.
