Arba's developing practice focuses on securities and corporate law, including public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and asset/share purchase transactions.
Arba summered and articled with BLG. During law school, Arba made the dean's list and summered at a large energy infrastructure company in their corporate securities and finance group.
Before law school, Arba obtained an accounting degree and completed work terms in audit and deals at a big four accounting firm and in the transformation office at a large renewable power company.
