Jennifer focuses her practice on lending, debt financing and insolvency. She represents both creditors and debtors on a variety of lending transactions, including arranging credit facilities, enforcing loans and realizing on security.
Jennifer also assists clients with insolvency-related matters, including restructurings, bankruptcies and receiverships under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
