Lloyd practices in the areas of corporate and securities law. He primarily acts for public companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange or TSX Venture Exchange regarding corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, governance and disclosure matters. In addition, he regularly advises international companies and investors with respect to cross-border financings and other transactions involving Canadian public companies.
He has experience working with clients operating in a broad range of industries including oil and gas, mining, technology and life sciences.
