Sarah specializes in investment funds, investment management, alternative asset management, securities regulation and compliance.

She advises clients on the structuring, operation and distribution of onshore and offshore investment funds, real estate funds and private equity funds. Sarah offers counsel on compliance and securities regulatory issues for all types of securities registrants.

 

Sarah works with domestic and foreign fund managers to prepare applications and filings under provincial securities legislation.  She also advises clients on anti-money laundering compliance.

Experience

  • Sarah was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission as legal counsel in the Registrant Regulation Branch.
