Simon Fung is a member of the Environmental, Municipal, Expropriation and Regulatory practice group. Simon practices administrative law and represents municipalities, businesses, and landowners.
He advises clients on matters related to municipal law, expropriation law, and land use planning, and appears before the Environmental and Land Tribunals, including the Ontario Land Tribunal.
Prior to joining BLG, Simon practiced with a regional firm, which regularly advised smaller municipalities in the GTA.
