Andrea provides strategic counsel on personal and corporate tax planning, corporate reorganizations and implementations and estate planning. She partners with businesses across a wide spectrum of industries and professional services industries to implement tax-efficient transactions. She also advises private companies, develops comprehensive wealth management strategies and guides clients through complex voluntary disclosures.
In addition, Andrea advocates for clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and before the Tax Court of Canada.
