Tara has over 20 years' experience in the legal industry. She leads a team of skilled of individuals responsible for driving BLG’s Commercial Excellence, Legal Project Management and Continuous Improvement initiatives, to deliver efficient and cost-effective legal services. In her role, Tara specializes in providing innovative solutions for our legal teams and clients, including improving legal technology, building efficient and cost effective processes, programs and policies to promote consistent and best practices.
Tara has more than 15 years of experience in civil litigation and joined BLG as a Paraprofessional in 2010. In 2018, Tara pivoted and transitioned into the Firm’s management team, providing leadership to the Paraprofessional Services Group.
