Laurel is an experienced commercial leasing lawyer and a member of the Beyond Leasing team.
Laurel advises, assists and represents both landlords and tenants with their commercial leasing matters across the entire lease lifecycle, and drafts and negotiates a variety of leases and ancillary documents. Laurel’s practice involves providing managed legal services to clients with a range of retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and land lease properties and portfolios, with a goal to achieving consistency and improving operational efficiencies within their businesses. In collaboration with BLG Beyond Leasing, Laurel develops templates, precedents, and playbooks.
Prior to joining BLG Beyond Leasing, Laurel worked in-house for a large real estate developer. She was responsible for overseeing all legal documentation, with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial, retail, and office leases, along with managing tenant relationships.
