BLG advised MCA Dental Group Limited, an Ottawa-based dental support organization backed by healthcare private equity firm Persistence Capital Partners, on its acquisition by 123Dentist, one of Canada's fastest growing dental support organizations. The transaction involved MCA's 27 clinic locations across Ontario and Québec.
