As an Articling Student, Richard is assisting lawyers on a wide variety of tasks within our Business and Disputes groups.
During Richard's time in law school, he participated in Student Legal Services and the University of Calgary mooting program. He has appeared before the Alberta Court of King's Bench and won a top oralist award in the mooting program. Richard graduated form the University of Calgary in 2024, and prior to obtaining his J.D. he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies with Honours form Vancouver Island University.
In Richard's spare time you will find him doing something active, whether it be sports or backyard games. His love for sports and activities is matched only by his love of music, which he is listening to constantly.
