Adam regularly supports dealers, advisers and fund managers with a wide variety of transactional, structural and securities regulatory matters. He has substantial experience advocating on behalf of his clients to advance their goals in an efficient and compliant manner.
Adam's mergers and acquisitions experience includes complex transactions involving different types of investment industry participants, such as CIRO dealer members and private REITs. He has also guided clients through the successful launch of new registered dealers and investment funds. Adam regularly makes applications and other submissions to securities regulators to support his clients' ongoing operation and continuous development.
During his time at BLG, Adam was seconded to the Office of Mergers & Acquisitions at the Ontario Securities Commission and to the legal department of The Bank of Nova Scotia.
