Within his robust practice, he has a broad range of experience working on major purchase, sale and take-over transactions, corporate reorganization, and a variety estate and related litigation matters.
Kevin provides practical legal advice having regard to a multitude of factors facing his clients, including tax, commercial and family considerations which may be relevant.
Kevin is a professional engineer registered with the Alberta Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. Prior to attending law school, Kevin practiced as a petroleum engineer at a leading engineering consulting firm.
