Kevin advises Canadian corporations, owner-operated businesses, individuals, accounting firms and foreign enterprises on tax planning and related corporate and commercial details. He also advises on tax issues related to income tax and provincial goods and services tax, including:

He represents clients before tax courts, Revenue Québec and the Canada Revenue Agency.

Experience

  • Represented Bell Media in its acquisition of Octane Racing Group, the exclusive promoter of the Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix, the largest annual sports and tourism event in Canada.
  • Acted Triple M Metal in its joint venture with ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada to create Integrated Metal Recycling Inc.
  • Acted Bad Monkey Popcorn, a maker and marketer of popcorn and other confectionery products, in its sale to Champlain Financial Corporation and a group of co-investors.
