Harjas is an incoming articling student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2024-2025 term. She is focusing on disputes law.

As a law student, Harjas completed legal and policy research for Downtown Legal Services and the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights. She was also the Co-Chair of the South Asian Law Students Association and the Events Coordinator of the First Generation Network at UofT.

Prior to law school, she worked in various public policy and program development roles, such as at the Independent Electricity System Operator.

Harjas chose to work at BLG because of the firm’s dedication to student development, mentorship, and commitment to encouraging students to explore their interests across multiple practice areas.

In Harjas’ spare time, you can find her reading historical fiction novels, trying new restaurants, and watching the Toronto Raptors.
