Rachel maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on class actions defence and complex commercial, securities and regulatory matters.
Rachel has acted as counsel or assisted with matters before all levels of court in Ontario and the Federal Court of Canada. She has also appeared before administrative tribunals and self-regulatory organizations.
During law school, Rachel was an executive editor for the McGill Law Journal. Prior to joining BLG, she worked at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy at Cambridge University and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto.
