Michael practices in the corporate and capital markets group, with a focus on securities and capital markets law.
He advises clients on a variety of public and private transactions and acts for issuers and underwriters in public debt and equity financings. He also provides guidance to clients on corporate and securities law matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous disclosure requirements.
Prior to joining BLG, Michael worked at the Toronto office of a large U.S. based firm.
