She has experience on advising clients in various industries with respect to listing on recognized Canadian stock exchanges, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and compliance with corporate and securities regulatory requirements.
Stephanie also has extensive experience in international and domestic transactions across a broad range of industry sectors, and in particular in the life sciences, agribusiness and emerging technologies industries. She understands the complexities of securities regulations and corporate governance and has handled complex securities offerings, corporate financings and regulatory compliance matters.
