Katia-M. Medina A. is a professional support lawyer in the Knowledge Management and Information Services department at BLG. In her role, she supports the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives that foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and drive innovation in legal practice.

Katia-M. works closely with the Disputes and Business Law practice groups to advance strategic knowledge management projects and identify, integrate, and promote the adoption of legal technology solutions. She assists in curating and maintaining the firm's collection of knowledge resources and ensures the effective use of tools and best practices that support the practice groups' knowledge management needs.

Before transitioning to her current role, Katia practiced as a litigation lawyer at BLG, where she developed significant experience handling complex disputes. This hands-on experience informs her approach to knowledge management, allowing her to tailor tools and resources to meet the practical needs of lawyers and clients.
