Cléa provides strategic advice to businesses and public bodies on a variety of issues related to compliance with applicable data protection laws, including:

  • cross-border data transfers;
  • privacy impact assessments (PIAs);
  • data governance programs.

She also helps companies address legal issues related to information security and emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and biometrics.

Prior to joining BLG, Cléa completed a master’s degree in Technology Law and was a research assistant at the International Observatory on the Societal Impacts of AI and Digital Technologies (OBVIA).
