Maude Galarneau specializes in labour and employment law, particularly in matters of termination of employment, labour standards, psychological harassment and business immigration. She regularly advises employers on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship.

An experienced litigator, Maude regularly represents employers before the Administrative Labour Tribunal and the civil courts of Québec in cases related to the Labour Standards Act, its application and its different remedies. She is also called upon to assess the risks associated with such disputes and to advise her clients on their legal position.

She has conducted a number of conciliation and negotiation sessions and handled various complaints filed by temporary foreign workers, particularly with respect to psychological harassment.
