Ève Gaudet specializes in civil litigation. In addition to her commercial litigation practice, she also focuses on infrastructure and environment-related issues. She often collaborates with Montréal’s Business Group, offering advice on infrastructure matters.
She is currently working on a number of major projects in Québec as well as injunction and class action matters involving the Environment Quality Act.
