Akaash practices in BLG’s Corporate and Capital Markets group, with a focus on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
He advises clients on a wide variety of private and public transactions. He also advises clients on corporate and securities law matters including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous disclosure requirements.
Akaash was a summer and articling student at BLG before returning as an associate.
