- employment and education law, including wrongful dismissal claims and human rights issues and applications
Brianne has acted as counsel before and assisted with matters before all levels of courts in Ontario. Brianne has also appeared before arbitrators, administrative boards and tribunals and self-regulatory organizations, including the Ontario Securities Commission and the New Self-Regulatory Organization of Canada.
