Olivier’s practice is focused on corporate finance, secured transactions, restructuring and the regulation of financial institutions. Olivier represents financial institutions, including banks, and borrowers in connection with:
- private and public financing
- project financing
- syndicated and cross-border loans
- alternative financing through asset-based lending
- leasing
- structured finance
In 2003-2004, Olivier served as law clerk to the Honourable Madam Justice Marie Deschamps of the Supreme Court of Canada.
