Agatha practices labour, employment, and human rights law and is a core team member of BLG's National School Boards Practice.
Her practice involves advocacy in a variety of forums including arbitration, labour boards, human rights tribunals, and the courts. She has experience advising and representing school boards and independent schools in a variety of matters including accommodation, workplace harassment, terminations, student conduct, discipline, freedom of information and privacy matters, and contract and policy reviews.
Agatha also has experience representing clients in the public and private sector in various disputes including wrongful and constructive dismissals, human rights applications and grievance arbitrations.
Agatha has appeared as counsel before the Superior Court of Justice, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.
