Sebastian maintains a broad litigation practice and has experience with commercial, bankruptcy & insolvency, insurance defence, expropriation, and real property litigation.
Sebastian has appeared before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice, and has assisted with matters before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal of Alberta, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Sebastian summered and articled at BLG prior to joining the firm as an associate. In his spare time, Sebastian is a d-list amateur film critic, pub trivia enthusiast, and attempting to learn Spanish.
