Karine has worked in the IP field since 2011. She specializes in the prosecution of domestic and foreign trademarks, as well as the enforcement of registered and common law trademarks, including:
- availability searches
- IP due diligence searches
- Madrid Protocol applications
- trademark oppositions and section 45 proceedings, and
- legal proceedings in the Federal Court.
Karine has also experience in patent and general IP matters.
