Monica maintains a broad practice in complex commercial and civil litigation, with a focus on contractual and shareholder disputes, class actions defence, securities litigation and enforcement, debtor/creditor litigation and fraud matters. Monica has represented clients through all stages of the litigation process, including on motions and preliminary injunctions as well at mediations and trial.
Prior to joining BLG, Monica practiced at a leading, full-service firm in New York. There she represented and advised U.S. and international corporations in a variety of complex litigation matters including mass torts, insolvency, antitrust claims, securities fraud, class actions and appellate proceedings.
