Ellen practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general commercial matters.
Ellen works on domestic and cross-border buy-side and sell-side M&As, including the preparation and negotiation of transactional agreements as well as the management of due diligence processes. She also regularly drafts and negotiates commercial agreements for businesses across a variety of industries in connection with their day-to-day operational needs.
Prior to joining BLG as a student in 2023, Ellen worked at a commercial litigation boutique law firm as a student-at-Law, and she completed an internship with Comité Logement Lachine-LaSalle, in tenant legal services.
