Les has a broad disputes practice focused on arbitration and commercial litigation. Les’ practice includes disputes relating to trusts, estates, securities, and fraud. In his disputes practice, Les has represented sports leagues and Olympic and national team athletes.
Les further provides a range of advisory and advocacy services throughout all levels of tax disputes, including at the audit, appeals, and litigation stages.
In Les’ trust litigation practice, he provides ongoing administration and litigation advice to trustees and beneficiaries pertaining to all aspects of Indigenous and testamentary trusts, as well as to financial institutions for risk management.
