Megan is widely regarded as an experienced and results-focused commercial litigator. She maintains a diverse practice in the area of complex corporate and commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, fraud, white collar criminal defence and corporate investigations, shareholder oppression, and tax offences.

Megan has significant courtroom experience having litigated numerous trials, arbitrations, motions, and appeals, and represented her clients before all levels of court in Ontario, and the Federal Court of Canada. In addition, Megan has a proven track record of successfully obtaining extraordinary relief for her clients including Mareva injunctions (asset freezing) and Norwich Pharmacal orders (pre-litigation third party discovery), particularly in the context of fraud asset recovery.

Megan regularly advises clients in a variety of sectors including financial services, health, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, aerospace, mining, and insurance. Her clients include Schedule I banks, hospitals, cryptocurrency exchanges, municipalities, public and private corporations, medical device manufacturers, and executives and professionals.

Megan has been repeatedly recognized by her peers in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada™ for her expertise in corporate and commercial litigation.
