Canadian Pacific Railway Company, 2025 QCCA 230): Antoine is part of the team representing the company’s interests in all legal proceedings in Québec concerning the derailment that occurred in Lac-Mégantic in July 2013, a major case that raises complex civil liability issues.
  • Representation of Google LLC (Option Consumers v. Google, 2022 QCCS 2308): Antoine acts on behalf of the company in a class action regarding its compliance with the legislative and regulatory framework on privacy and personal data protection.
