André practices business law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He advises businesses from various industries about their commercial activities and transactions of all kinds.

He has acted for Canadian and international companies in complex mergers and acquisitions.

He has also represented companies in a broad range of transactions, including:

  • corporate reorganizations
  • joint ventures
  • financing (especially venture capital and private equity transactions)
  • drafting and negotiation of various types of commercial contracts

He is also actively involved in many cultural and community organizations.
