He acts on behalf of private and public sector employers and employees in administrative proceedings and applications to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, Employment and Social Development Canada, Canada Border Services Agency, Service Canada, and Provincial Nominees programs and Canadian visa posts abroad.
