Fabio practices in corporate and commercial law with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial matters. In his M&A practice, he leads buy-and sell-side transactions, both domestic and cross-border, involving private and public companies in various industries. Fabio also regularly advises clients on various commercial agreements, including service agreements, supply agreements, and shareholders’ agreements.
Prior to joining BLG, Fabio practiced corporate and commercial law at a reputable boutique law firm.

- Advised Morgan Truck Body, LLC, a subsidiary of J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc., a leader in the North American largest manufacturer of light- and medium-duty truck bodies in North America in its acquisition of Transit Truck Bodies Inc., a company specialized in the manufacturing of truck bodies.
- Advised with the sale of a majority interest of Cellcom Communications, Bell Mobility's largest authorized dealer network responsible for distributing and selling products throughout Canada
- Canadian counsel to Elliott Investment Management, Patient Square Capital and Veritas Capital in their US$7.1 billion acquisition of biopharmaceutical solutions organization Syneos Health, Inc.
- Advised the shareholders of Gibbys, an iconic Montréal steakhouse, in connection with the sale of Gibbys to restaurant group, Grandio Group.
- Advised Kongsberg, Inc., a Canadian affiliate of Kongsberg Automotive (OSE: KOA.OL) in connection with the carve-out and sale of its powersport business to an affiliate of BRP Inc.
- Canadian counsel to USNR, on its acquisition of Timber Automation, an industry leader in wood-processing equipment and technology.
