Colm’s practice focuses on issues related to energy development, such as project development, rates, permitting, land rights acquisition, licencing, and compliance. Colm’s practice specializes in regulatory, environmental, land, and Indigenous law issues.

Colm routinely represents clients in proceedings before provincial and federal regulatory agencies, including the Ontario Energy Board, Canada Energy Regulator, Alberta Energy Regulator and Alberta Utilities Commission.
