Mark practices construction law with an emphasis on surety and disputes. He acts for sureties, owners, and contractors in a variety of matters, including:
- Surety bond claims;
- Construction liens;
- Negligence claims; and
- Recovery and enforcement.
Mark has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
