Arielle is an associate in BLG’s Corporate and Capital Markets Group. Focusing on investment management, she advises clients on a broad range of corporate and securities law matters, including continuous disclosure, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Before returning to the firm as an associate, Arielle summered and articled at BLG. Prior to joining BLG, she worked at an investment and asset management firm.
